Here are some quick answers for a few common inquiries... although do let me know if you can’t find your question and still need some help.


How do I buy prints and frames?

After browsing the gallery, click on the picture you would like to have printed or framed and then select “Buy” from the top right hand side. This will open a new window showing all the products on offer. Choose the product you would like and click “Add to cart”.


Can I easily buy a number of prints in the same size?

Within the gallery overview, you can click on “Select Photos” from the top right hand side. This allows you to select many of the images, after which you can click “Buy” from the top and then, within the window that opens, select the print format you would like for all of these photographs.


What payments options do you accept?

Payments are taken using PayPal. Through this you can pay by card or from your PayPal account, although either method requires that you have an account with them to process through, so one will need to be created if you don’t have one already.


What shipping methods do you use?

I use DPD's courier service, costing £11.94, which provides a next day delivery within the UK after production is complete, or for orders of standard and metallic prints I can use Royal Mail's First Class service, costing £5.04, within the UK.


How do I track my order?

The tracking number will become available after production has been completed and your order has been dispatched. You will receive an email when the order has shipped and this will provide you with the tracking number, and a link to trace it on the Royal Mail website.


Where do you ship?

My standard shipping covers the whole of the UK. If you are interested in ordering from further afield, I can organise another method to use specifically for your order so please just get in touch and let me know.


Can I cancel my order?

I approve all physical product orders before sending them off to be made, so a cancellation may be possible if you manage to contact me before I have submitted your order, which I aim to do within 1-2 days of receiving it. If your order has already been sent off however, I’m afraid a cancellation is not possible because all items are made to order. Please be careful to review everything in your cart before completing checkout!


Are items returnable?

Since all items are made to order, I’m afraid they are not returnable. If you have a problem with quality though, or something you received does not match your order, please do send me a message and I will try my best to fix the issue. My suppliers are very reliable and always really helpful.
